The "EAT IT. WEAR IT." Philosophy

Hi there! I’m Elizabeth, Licensed Nutritionist, Owner and Founder of EAT IT. WEAR IT.

Nutrition is the most powerful and under emphasized element of physical transformation. Here at EAT IT. WEAR IT. our goal is to teach you nutrition independence. With our services you will gain knowledge and learn skills to make you feel nutritionally empowered and successful so that you can enjoy the body you’ve worked so hard to obtain. We’ll commit to work with you for as long as you want or need our help to learn about your nutrition, lose weight, get fit or just feel great!

We believe in providing you with the most qualified and experienced help that you expect from your nutrition expert. Personally, I have always strived to meet that level of excellence. With a B.S. in Nutrition under my belt, I am licensed with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (A.N.D.), and also hold dual accreditation with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM CPT) and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM EP-C). Let me reassure you that at EAT IT. WEAR IT. you are in very capable hands.

For over the past couple of decades, I have helped all kinds of people with the full spectrum of weight, wellness and fitness goals — the weight loss seekers, the health minded, and athletes—to achieve the health and body composition results they were looking for. If you want to lose fat weight, build muscle, or you just want to look and feel better, I will make it my mission to help you reach your goals. Through our sessions you will learn the truth about honest foods and understand your food consumption needs, which will help you be able to achieve your goals and live your life to the fullest.

At the same time, I will keep you comfortable by introducing progressive adjustments to your lifestyle as we go along. I love the challenge of designing motivating food guides that match goals, sports, lifestyles, personal food preferences, and cultural parameters, and I will enjoy making meal guides that work for you.
